We guarantee puppy to be free from infection and serious disease

  pups will be up to date on shots and deworm at time of sale.

 

Puppies are required to be paid for in full prior to 8 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable,
but can be transferred to another litter prior to puppies being 8 weeks of age

 

If an unforeseen incident occurs we will transfer deposit to another litter or refund money
Depending on situation. Refunds include death of dam during pregnancy or agreement in writing.

 

The buyer will be responsible for any damage to persons or property brought on by his / her dog
